Mission Statement
Acid & Cementing Services, Inc. (A & C) was founded on integrity to provide cost-effective, quality services while building long term, trustful working relationships.
About Us
A & C provides acid, cement, frac, and miscellaneous pressure pumping services in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
ACID
A&C has a large variety of acid equipment ranging from 400-2250 HP pumps, blender and acid transports. We collect, record and store all well data. We provide custom engineered acid designs utilizing our vast array of acid systems, acid additives and diverters. Typical jobs include remedial treatments, coiled tubing, new drills, foamed acid, diverter jobs and acid deliveries.
CEMENT
A&C has equipment ranging from single to double pump cementers, bulk trucks, pre-mix trailers and field bins. We collect, record and store all well data. We provide custom engineered cement designs utilizing our broad range of cement systems and cement additives. Typical jobs include primary cementing and remedial cementing (squeezes, liners, balance plugs, etc.).
FRAC
A&C has frac equipment ranging from 800-2250 HP pumps, blenders, hydration units, data vans, chemical additive units and other auxiliary equipment. We provide custom engineered frac designs utilizing a variety of fluid systems, chemical additives and proppants. Typical jobs include slickwater, linear gel, crosslink gel and energized nitrogen fracs.

Background
A & C is a sole proprietorship founded in 1995 by Charles “Donnie” Walker. Many of the employees have been with the company for 10+ years, and have been promoted from within the company. A & C prides itself on working with the customer to determine the best design, execution, and review for any sized project.
Safety
Safety comes first at A & C. The company provides employee training to set the safety standard. All of our employees are local which has helped form a community, resulting in accountability for everyone's safety. A & C uses IS Networld, iron testing, electronic logs, PEC Safety, drug testing, etc.
